Heat

Every member builds heat as they post: floods, repeated messages, mass mentions, ghost pings (a message with mentions deleted moments later) and opening thread after thread all add to it. Heat cools on its own. A member who goes over the limit, 20 by default, gets a timeout, 10 minutes by default. Anti-spam is off until you turn it on in Detection.

Stolen staff accounts

Staff don't build heat, which is exactly what a stolen staff account would count on. So whatever the anti-spam switch says, a staff account posting links in many channels within a minute has its roles stripped. The owner is never touched.

Webhooks

A webhook that floods a channel or pings @everyone is deleted.

Voice

New members flooding into voice channels are timed out as a raid. Channel hopping and soundboard spam count toward heat.
